car producer Audi AG plans to open one new Audi dealership each week on
average in China in 2013, Audi's official said here Tuesday.

"At
present, we are rapidly expanding our dealer network in China,"
Chairman of the board of Management of Audi AG Rupert Stadler said at
the company's annual press conference, adding that about half of the
Chinese cities with more than a million inhabitants still have to be
included in the dealer network.
"By 2017, we want to increase the number of Audi dealerships to more than 500," Stadler said.
